Terms of Service — Prime Mobile Auto Care

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all automotive services provided by Prime Mobile Auto Care (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to any customer (“you” or “client”). By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

Prime Mobile Auto Care provides mobile automotive maintenance and repair services at the customer’s location. Services include, but are not limited to: oil changes, brake services, engine tune-ups, battery replacement, alternator and starter replacement, tire rotation, and shock/strut replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse any service that cannot be safely performed at the location provided.
 

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe, level, and accessible space to perform the service.

  • Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and available at the scheduled time.

  • Inform us of any known mechanical issues that may affect the service.

  • Remove personal items from the working area of the vehicle.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

3. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices listed are starting prices and may vary by vehicle model, condition, or required parts.

  • Vehicles that are European, hybrid, V6/V8, modified, or commercial may incur additional charges.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, card, or approved digital payment platforms.

4. Parts Policy
  • Prices include standard or OE-equivalent parts unless otherwise specified.

  • OEM, premium, or specialty parts cost extra.

  • Parts provided by the customer may be used only at the technician’s discretion, and such parts are not covered by any warranty.

  • Parts availability may vary; delays may occur due to supplier inventory.

5. Warranty

Prime Mobile Auto Care offers a warranty only on parts that we supply and install.

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.

  • Normal wear, misuse, overheating, accidental damage, or third-party interference voids the warranty.

  • Labor warranty varies depending on the manufacturer’s policy.

  • The customer must provide proof of service to make a claim.

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
     

A full version of the warranty policy is available upon request.
 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Last-minute cancellations or technician arrival with no access to the vehicle may result in a service call fee.

  • Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety reasons.

7. Diagnostics & Additional Repairs
  • Basic inspection is included in some services, but advanced diagnostics (electrical testing, sensor testing, deep scanning) may incur a separate fee.

  • Any additional repairs identified during service will be quoted separately and performed only with your approval.

8. Liability
  • We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues, worn components, corrosion, seized bolts, or damage resulting from prior improper repairs.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from customer-supplied parts.

  • We are not responsible for roadside hazards, unsafe work environments, or conditions outside our control.

9. Service Area

Service is available within the designated Prime Mobile Auto Care coverage zone.

Travel fees may apply for areas outside the primary service region.

10. Promotions & Discounts
  • Offers and discounts cannot be combined.

  • Promotions apply only to qualifying vehicles and services.

  • Taxes, shop fees, and environmental fees are not included unless stated.

11. Vehicle Condition

By requesting service, you confirm that your vehicle is in a safe condition to be worked on.

We reserve the right to decline servicing vehicles that present a risk to our technicians.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Mobile Auto Care shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

  • Loss of use, income, or time.

  • Damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions.
     

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.
 

13. Governing Law

​These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any disputes shall be resolved in King County, WA.
 

14. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving service from Prime Mobile Auto Care, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Service.
